Extend your technical foundation
Practise identity, permissions, DNS, DHCP and basic server administration. Create a small lab where you can safely reproduce an issue, make a change and recover.

Add cloud administration
Learn how virtual machines, networks, storage, identity and monitoring fit together. Start with one platform and build a modest end-to-end project.
STEP 04
Plan an achievable transition
Compare your skills against a target support or administrator role. Choose two priority gaps, schedule regular practice and ask an advisor to review the evidence before adding a new certification goal.
